Kale, Parsley, Kiwi, And Lime Juice

I’m a bit of a greens fanatic. Dark green vegetables are good for just about everything! Besides being low in fat and high in fiber, they are good for fighting cancer and lowering blood pressure. They are also good sources of iron and calcium. Ounce for ounce, they really are the most nutritious food you can eat. And, by drinking them, you can get more of these feel-good ingredients into your system. It took me a while to find some recipes that actually taste good… and this one is good. Really. I drink a glass of green juice (this is just one of many different kinds) almost every morning. It wakes up my system and starts the day out right. Try it and let me know how you feel.

Put the kale leaves in a large bowl of cold water, swoosh them around a little and let them sit for a few minutes so any dirt falls to the bottom of the bowl. Then, put some kale into the blender.
