Kamy Wicoff is the founder of SheWrites.com, the world's largest online community for women writers. She is also the founder, with publisher Brooke Warner, of SheWrites Press. Kamy's first book, the bestselling "I Do But I Don't: Why The Way We Marry Matters," was published by DaCapo in 2006. Her first novel, "Wishful Thinking," about a divorced mom who gets an app on her phone that allows her to be in more than one place at the same time (the superpower every woman needs), will be published by SWP in April 2015. Her work has appeared in Salon.com, and has been anthologized in WHY I’M STILL MARRIED: WOMEN WRITE THEIR HEARTS OUT ON LOVE, LOSS, SEX AND WHO DOES THE DISHES (Hudson Press, February 2006), and ABOUT FACE: WOMEN WRITE ABOUT WHAT THEY SEE WHEN THEY LOOK IN THE MIRROR (Seal Press, June 2008). Kamy lives in Brooklyn with her sons, Max and Jed.
