Katie earned a BS in Studio Art from Skidmore College and an AOS in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute. She is a free-lance recipe-based food writer and blogger specializing in seasonal, healthy cuisine. She has been a recipe developer and food stylist for EatingWell Magazine since 2002. During that time she has developed recipes for their magazine, online content and twelve of their cookbooks.
