Do kids really eat Quiche???

Well apparantly they do, Atleast mine do. I have eaten quiche at parties before, And rather liked them, Not sure why it took me so long to make one. Probably thought my kids would not like them. Boy was I wrong. I made one tonight from a recipe I saw in the new family circle magazine, I tweeked it a bit to what I had on hand, Frozen spinach, (which my kids only eat in dip, until now) kielbasa, eggs, ricotta cheese, monterey jack cheese. Holy cow I made two, as there are 8 of us, And that was brave cause I was sure they would hate it, And I would be eating quiche breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days!!!!!! No way not a crumb left!!!!!!! They gobbled it up, from the big kids(18,17,13) to the little ones even the baby(4,4,2).  The best part was it was so easy to put together and pop in the oven. And having never made one before and tweeking my first one, OHhhhhhhh the wheels are turning, I think I will add a new quiche to every two week meal plan, So exciting, I guess I should really get out more.
