It’s becoming more common for families to need to deal with a mixed bag of food restrictions. Whether driven by celiac disease, food allergies, food intolerances, or food avoidance by choice – the list of foods to keep off the table keeps growing. This session will explore food solutions for those dealing with food restrictions, or those who want to create recipes that everyone can enjoy! We'll discuss substitutions and adaptations, and focus on finding foods that everyone can eat!
