In the Kitchen: A Plant-Based Cooking Demo Class in Colorado Springs this May!
By JL Fields on February 28, 2013
I recently shared that my March class, Beyond Meatless Mondays: Dive Deeper into Plant-Based Living, filled up quickly so I added an April class over the weekend. It’s nearly half full already!
I survey new students upon registration to asses their class goals; the beauty of a small, group coaching-style learning environment is that students get a very personalized experience in the classroom. I have simply loved reading their learning objectives! Many are veg-curious, several are ready to explore moving from vegetarian to vegan, and there are a few vegans who want support and ideas as they continue their journey. They are going to get exactly what they want from this class and I am going to love teaching it!
Their feedback was instrumental in the development of the next class in my vegan education series, which I’m delighted to announce today!
