Recently, KitchenAid® partnered with BlogHer and put four of our great food bloggers to the test. They issued each blogger a Fall cooking challenge and boy, did these cooks deliver! The Fall challenges were such a hit that we knew we had to do it again for Winter!
This time KitchenAid® partnered with six wonderful cooks and asked them to Torta Yesterday's Turkey, Cool Down Hot Chocolate, Trade Pasta for Polenta, Poof a Holiday Soufflé, Say Yum with Sugar Plums and Poach Pears with Pinot . Were the bloggers able to rise to the challenge?

Intensely chocolaty, thick and creamy, with a salted caramel twist. OMG it is so good. The reason I'm loving this recipe so much, besides the mind-melting (har) flavor is because it's Philadelphia-style ice cream vs French-style which means you don't need to make an egg custard for the base....more
