Know How Your Sidebar Links are Performing

BlogHer Original Post

You, like me, probably check your blog statistics program to see how many page views and how many unique visitors you had during the day. But GirlXOXO takes it a step further and shows you how to use Google Analytics to discover the effectiveness of the links on your sidebar.  It's precious blog real estate, and it should be used well.  Luckily, once you use her tips and have some information in place, you can better tweak the links you include and the information you provide in the linked pages.

So What Does This All Mean? People really do check the "About Me" page. Better make it a little more spiffy. The "Recent Entries" is the most popular item in my sidebar - so that ain't going nowhere.

Read GirlXOXO's whole post to learn how to use Google Analytics to find out how your sidebar is performing and then tell us, how is your sidebar doing and are you changing anything with the information gained?
