This spicy cold noodle salad from Simply Recipes is a dish that Elise learned to make from a friend who taught English in Korea, and to me this looks like a perfect Meatless Monday dish when the temperatures are soaring outside. A sauce made from Korean red chili paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds goes over noodles, and you add vegetable and herb toppings of your choice, plus hard-boiled egg.

Loving this recipe so much. I made it at my grandma’s house. The combination of recipes goes well with each other and the taste is certainly admirable.  www.gourmandia.ca and www.coffeefashion .com also have interesting recipes that you’ll surely want to try!

That Hot, Sweet, and Sour Tofu sounds good!

This looks good. I might make it without eggs.

I made asian (chinese in particular) style tofu. Hot, Sweet and Sour Tofu to serve with rice, fried rice or noodles.
