lazy veggie "sushi"
I have previously professed my love for all things avocado. As I'm a vegetarian, avocado sushi is one of my faves (I also like veggie sushi with cucumber and asparagus too). I was having a little sushi craving the other day and wanted to break in my new rice cooker.
If you want to make your own lazy version of "sushi," here's how. Make rice in your fancy rice cooker (or just make rice however you want). Then, I have these individual pieces of seaweed from Costco and they are delish. Then just cut up whatever "toppings" you like and add some soy sauce.
Then just make your individual sushi bites. Each piece of seaweed is perfect for a spoonful of rice and whatever toppings you like. Enjoy!
