Leaders are born at live events. I know that sounds like a cliche, but it's true. Having a home business is fantastic! You get to be your own boss and live by your own rules. However there are a couple of setbacks. First, you are your own boss and you make the rules, so you can break them without reprimand. There's no one holding you accountable but you. It's easy to do the minimum and become lethargic. There's no one to give you a pat on the back or an 'ata boy/girl'. You are on your own. When you are isolated and don't have a lot of interaction with others in your company, that doubting self sabotaging head talk voodoo that you do so well kicks in. It can eat you alive. With nothing or no one to give you a swift kick in the pants and tell you to knock it off, it soon takes over.
When you attend live events, you are inspired, encouraged, refreshed, rejuvenated. You are surrounded by others who do what you do. They totally get you and you get them. You acquire...
