Soy Ginger Garlic Seafood

This recipe for Soy Garlic Ginger Seafood is one of the best things I've ever eaten...and this is coming from someone who is not a big fan of fish.  When I first had this dish, I told my husband I would eat my shoe if it was covered in this sauce!  It's quick and easy to put together and bakes up in no time.  It's the perfect weeknight meal!  Plus, you can use any type of fish or seafood that you have on hand. ...more

Fish In Parcel

Literally translated, fish "en papillote" means fish "in parcel." This is one of my absolute favorite ways to prepare fish, as it’s quick and creates marvelously moist, tender, and flavorful fish.
