My resolution is to get my life on the right track this year which includes getting a better job and figuring out what I want to do with my personal life, it's really a tall order but it's got to be done!

My resolution is to try new things. I find so many things fascinating and am always saying, "I'd like to try that someday!" I'm deciding to make more decisions that are out of my comfort zone.

My New Years resolution is to NOT make any New Years resolutions, but just to live life to the fullest, live each day as it were my last, keep my loved ones close. And these are things that I have been doing all along, (seems to be working out pretty well so far) and if I feel like losing weight, or save more money, maybe I will find the discipline deep down to do so!

I am looking forward to loosing 25 pounds, seeing my body toned, but most of all feeling healthier. The real goal is to be able to do what I want to do when I want to do it.

Taminar 5 pts

I've been working on trying to lose weight, and if I can achieve my goal (120, 30 pounds to go) that would definitely be a great moment. I try to take a few minutes every once in a while to think about what is going right. Did I have a good day at work? Did I find a good special at the supermarket? It's those little things that add up to make a life well lived.

WishHunt 5 pts

My goal is to focus on my website, WishHunt.com. I love the creative aspect of it and I love that people seem to be appreciating what it offers. If it can make a few lives happier and more inspired each day then I've reached my goal. http://wishhunt.com/

My Life Well Lived Moment will be reading a novel. I had a stroke 4 years ago. It affected my right side and my short-term memory. I was an avid reader. "Gone With the Wind" and any Stephen King story topped my list. I can read 3 or 4 pages, then I need to back track and re-read the same pages again. I have started taking notes as I go, just like back in school, but I still need to re-read the notes the next day. It's slow going,

(1000+ pg.) but I am determined to make it. Next the "Twilight" series. Oh yeah, I also need to lose 20+ lbs.

Year after year I would try different things, loose weight, lose weight, and oh, did I say lose weight. Never worked. I tried everything, gym, trainers, partners, nothing. So for years I gave up. Next thing I know, I just started eating better and all that weight I wanted to take off every year is gone. That led me not to make resolutions anymore. So I don't. Well, I take that back, I have made some in the past, but there not hard ones, or ones that I will feel bad about not completing. Not ones that people are going to ask me about, but I do make ones that I know about, and only I will know if there working or not. This year, I've decided to just be nicer to people. Notihing major, but just say hello to a stranger in a store, open a door for someone I don't know, just things like that. And guess what, it is working!!! It makes me happier everyday. I don't get so uptight like I used to, and I just plan fell better. That's what I've done for this year. Thanks for asking!!!

I'll be living well through living simply... a new baby and a potty trained kid have really shortened my to-do list for 2012! It's the year of sewing and sowing... creating and growing. That's all! http://spampylandia.blogspot.com/2012/01/rejecting...

My goal this year is to spend more time outdoors with my daughter. I'm tired of being couped up in the house and want to experience nature at its best.

willitara 5 pts

I have two goals this year and they will help each other. My first goal is to eat healthier. By ridding my pantry of food with little or no nutrition I will be on my way to my second goal which is spending my money more carefully. I sat down and realized how much money I was wasting on junk food.

cdziuba 6 pts

I created a "drop in the bucket list" and on my list is the resolution to get rid of one item every day this year in an effort to live with less. I blog about my 365 Days to Simplicity Challenge at http://twyste.com. So far, on day 24, I'm still on track and looking forward to continuing to purge the extra!

It may not be original, but "the decision to choose happiness" really struck a chord with me. I'm not much a resolution maker, but I think that's an idea we should all strive for every day.
