“Looking forward, laughing a lot and letting life do its thing leave little to complain about.”
(Happy Musings is a newspaper feature syndicated by King Features that I create each day to remind us all that “Life is wonderful!” I offer it here to brighten your day. Please share it with your friends.)
My husband never looks back. Thank goodness and for lucky me. If I should bring up something that didn’t go well, he will say, “I never look back.” That’s probably why he is always going forward into a new adventure. He is 75 and you would think he is 50! He is a marketing whiz and has lately discovered all the new opportunities in this area on the internet. He researches and probes and tries new things with our Web business. He reads everything on the subject. He could teach a course with what he has consumed in the last 6 months! He lets life lead him in new directions. With his core intent – to spread happiness, encourage others and bond with like-minded people – life shows him the way. No wonder he has a smile on his face.
As we know, the present is built on the past and the future is built on the present, so obviously we ought to pay attention what we’re doing now and where we’re going.
I would love to hear your ideas on the subject. Thanks.
Smiles,
Sally
