Senator-Elect Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)
Harvard professor and bankruptcy law expert Warren is a longtime consumer advocate whose work led to the creation of the U.S. Consumer Financial Bureau in 2012; she served as special advisor to the bureau from 2010-2011. Warren defeated Republican incumbent (and former Cosmo centerfold) Scott Brown to become Massachusetts' first woman Senator (really!)
