Margaret Thatcher has dementia. What's Bush's excuse?

For the last eight years, Margaret Thatcher has been suffering from dementia, but she certainly isn't the only politician whose reasoning powers have been questioned over that same period of time.

Her daughter, Carol Thatcher, recalls a conversation in 2000 when her mother confused the Bosnian conflict in the 1990s with the Falklands war of the 1980s. Fortunately, she didn't send troops to the wrong country.

The former Prime Minister has been struggling not only with memory problems, but with words. No comment.
