The stars are twinkling at you as the night’s breeze ruffles your hair while you sip on cool, tangy cocktail. Do you hear the surf in the distance, or is it the tree branches swaying with the wind? Is it that you're at rooftop party, looking for a basil martini, peach moonshine, or the perfect margarita?
Summer brings us the best cocktail-sipping weather, so try one of these 10 terrific cocktails. Remember to drink responsibly---it’s not nice to upchuck on someone’s shoes. Especially, if they’re really cute shoes.
Sex on the Moon

1.5 oz. Ole Smoky Peach Moonshine
½ oz. 100 proof cherry juice
Equal parts pineapple juice and Sprite
Combine ingredients in a mason jar and garnish with an orange slice and an Ole Smoky 100 proof cherry.
Chopin Lemon Basil Martini
2 oz. Chopin Rye Vodka (but feel free to try Potato or Wheat)
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup*
4-5 Basil Leaves
Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake it up. The ice will bruise the basil leaves and release the basil oils. Serve in a chilled Martini glass.
* For a variation, infuse your simple syrup with basil and only use 2 basil leaves in the shaker. Simmer 1/2 cup basil to every 1 cup of simple syrup on medium heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Cool and pour through a fine sieve before using.
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl™ Meyer Lemon Vodka
Splash of DeKuyper Triple Sec
Splash of diet lemon-lime soda
Raspberries and lemon slice for garnish
Mix vodka and triple sec in a glass with ice. Top with a splash of diet lemon-lime soda. Garnish with raspberries and a lemon.
1.5 oz. Cîroc Red Berry
.75 oz. lime juice
5 basil leaves
1 piece of jalapeño
3 dashes of celery bitters
Muddle 4 basil leaves, celery bitters and jalapeño. Add simple syrup, lime juice and Cîroc Red Berry. Pack with ice and give it a good long, hard shake in a jigger. Double strain into an old fashion glass with ice. Garnish with the last basil leaf.

1 ½ oz. Grey Goose La Poire
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. agave nectar
½ squeeze of lemon
½ oz. fresh strawberry puree
2 fresh basil leaves (muddle)
In a rocks glass, muddle together basil leaves, strabwberry puree, agave nectar and lemon juice. Add ice, Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, and Cointreau and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon slice.

1.5 oz. Casa Noble Reposado
.5 oz. Cointreau
Splash Fresh Tamarind Puree
3 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Orange pepper rime and Lime Garnish
Prepare margarita glass with the orange pepper rime, pour the ingredients into a cocktail jigger or shaker, shake, then pour into glass. Garnish with lime.
2 parts Skinnygirl™ Tangerine Vodka
1 1/2 parts lime soda water
Squirt of fresh lime
Squirt of fresh lemon
Squirt of fresh grapefruit
Slice of lemon for garnish
Mix all ingredients and pour over ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
1.5 oz. Cîroc Amaretto
1 oz. cranberry juice
.5 oz. triple sec
.25 oz. honey
.5 oz. lemon
Fill shaker full of ice. Add all the ingredients, shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Poolside Prosecco Punch
2 parts Skinnygirl™ Prosecco
2 parts limeade
Lime wheels for garnish (optional)
Add all ingredients into a stemless wine glass and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel (optional).
Red Berry Sangria
10 oz. Cîroc Red Berry
10 oz. Rose Wine
5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
5 oz. Simple Syrup
20 oz. Berry Tea
Stir over ice in 64 oz. pitcher
1 oz. Cîroc Red Berry
1 oz. Rose Wine
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Berry Tea
Stir over ice in Wine glass
