Join the McDonald's Family Arches Community

When McDonald’s® first opened its doors in 1955, communities were simpler places. They were made up of doorbells, sidewalks and baseball fields. Back then, neighbors rang for cups of sugar, moms walked by with baby strollers, proud parents mingled and cheered from the bleachers.

Just as it was then, McDonald’s is proud to serve these same communities today – providing food for families, jobs for residents, and care for those in need.

Now, with an open mind and a little help from modern technology, McDonald’s is eager to serve a new kind of community. “Family Arches” is an online meeting space for parents everywhere to share ideas, embrace each other’s interests and unite behind a common theme: family.

McDonald’s is seeking select parents to help bring the Family Arches community to life during its “beta-testing” phase. Visit the community information page and sign up for a chance to join before the site opens to the public in 2012.

Those selected to participate in the Family Arches beta-test will enjoy:

  • The opportunity to share questions and feedback with McDonald’s
  • The chance to earn cool SWAG from McDonald’s and invitations to exclusive events
  • Access to exclusive info straight from McDonald’s leaders and executives
  • Being connected with trendsetters, creative thinkers and influential parents from around the country
  • The ability to help build and shape the community from the ground up!

Additionally, McDonald’s is eager to hear comments and suggestions from the BlogHer community. Tell McDonald’s what you’d like to see and discuss in the Family Arches community by leaving a comment on this post.
