Meal Plan Monday, June 18

It is really June 18? Are you sure? Shouldn't it still be like, June 8th? It's kinda scary to think about so I won't. I'll think about yummy food.

Monday: Chicken with a red thai curry peanut sauce and rice. I was going to make a mango salad to go with it but guess who forgot to buy mango? ME!

Tuesday: Seafood chowder and biscuits. I was thinking of making some Red Lobster knock-off biscuits but realized if I made regular biscuits they could double as the base for homemade strawberry shortcake since we have fresh local strawberries Yum!

Wednesday: Just me at home so I'm probably going to opt for leftovers.

Thursday: Grilled vegetable sandwiches on focaccia bread.

Friday: Pizza! Homemade, take-out or semi-homemade? That is the question.

Saturday: Pulled pork in the slow cooker.

Sunday: We're having my in-laws over for a bbq. Right now we're thinking regular burgers (for everyone else), chicken burgers (for me because I'm difficult) and sausages (for everyone else). A mixed green salad and Jamie Oliver's potato salad for sides Cheese and crackers for munchies. Pulling cupcakes out of the freezer for dessert.
