It's soup season, and that's probably a reason to smile for anyone who's vegetarian or trying to eat more meatless meals, due to the endless possibilities of vegetables and spices that can end up making a memorable soup. Just take this week's Meatless Monday pick, a gorgeous Nutty Sweet Potato Soup with Harissa and Spinach from Eats Well With Others. Besides the spicy Harissa, this soup has tomato paste, peanut butter, turmeric, and cumin all adding to the flavor pizzazz! And this amazing soup is even vegan; hope everyone will enjoy trying it!
