Hmmm. This is from December 21, 2011.
The State of Washington was mulling over a petition requesting that medical marijuana be allowed for people with ADD and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder).
There have been 3 other petitions to add medical cannabis for mental health conditions (for depression and other mental health disorders). They were denied.
They were supposed to decide on the petition January 11, 2012. I'm trying to find the results now. Things could certainly open a can of worms! Can you imagine the number of teenagers claiming to need pot for their ADD?!
