Lately I've had a hard time finding the motivation to exercise. I've tried everything! From speaking to myself nicely (come on Cindy you CAN DO IT!) to beating myself up (don't try this at home!) to having my jaw wired shut! Okay, I lied about the last one, but that's only because I don't know where to go to have this procedure done. It's also very painful and I sprout feathers whenever pain is in the room.  Read more >
