I got to see some of my neighbors and enjoy the peace and quiet. That walk was good for me in so many ways.  Read more >

About Me:

I am the mother of 3 grown children with Attention Deficit Disorder.  My husband and I have ADHD, too.

I have been trained as an ADD Coach, and have worked as one for almost 10 years.  I write two blogs: ADD Moms, which is mostly about women with ADD, and ADD Student, which is geared towards helping students with ADHD succeed in school.

I love to cook and I enjoy creating. Right now I am big into collage.  I often use  ollage and other creative methods like drawing and painting when I  write in my journal.

I like to say that I enjoy gardening, but the truth is I enjoy other people's gardens.  My kids are right - the only thing that I can grow is mold.

I enoly reading - I've had a fascination with Henry VIII since before The Tudors existed (Jonathan Rhys Meyers just fueled my obsession more).

I like lots of different kinds of music, but especially the Blues.

I am originally from Detroit and proud of it!
