New British Passport

A new British passport with many extra security features will be introduced in October, replacing the ePassport introduced in 2006 British passports issued after October will have a new look, which will include line drawings of classic landscapes from around the UK. Drawings of the White Cliffs of Dover, the Gower Peninsula, Ben Nevis and the Giant’s Causeway will replace the existing images of birds.  Read more >

Wearable, beautiful cruise (or resort) collections are the answer to your between-the-seasons woes. Do not dismiss the Cruise collections for having a silly name. For one, they actually have several silly names (Resort, pre-collections); plus, they probably contain the clothes that you will actually end up buying.  Read more >

Steven Slater, the airline steward whose flamboyant resignation - turned him into a global anti-hero, has perplexed his legion of fans by begging for his job back.A few days after apparently jettisoning his career, Mr Slater’s lawyer said that he wanted to carry on working in aviation and he would like to return to JetBlue, the airline he “loved”.  Read more >
