I just took the Blogher poll and voted for where I'd like to see Blogher '09.  I chose Seattle for the mid-70 temperatures.  I tried to plea my case in a comment but apparently I'm not allowed to do that here.  Says I dont have permission for that.  Oh well.  Maybe next year!  Read more >

I heard about Blogher just recently when the tweets about Blogher 08 in San Fransisco started surfacing.  I was already traveling so I couldn't make it this year.  I am intrigued by the idea, and since I've been posting articles for new & expectant parents for 11 years now, I was thrilled to join Blogher today.  Really looking forward to meeting like-minded individuals and attending the conferences moving forward. I am a single mom and CEO of BabiesOnline.com, Inc. I started building the company, and working from home, in 1997 when my daughter was born and have loved every minute of it.  I'm excited to see that blogher has turned into such a large community of strong, articulate women.  I'm looking forward to meeting many of you at my first Blogher conference in July 2009.
