White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Butter Cookies

One of my recent favorite flavor combos involving peanut butter is pretzels and white chocolate, and this cookie showcases the trifecta of awesome flavors perfectly. It takes a super simple peanut butter cookie that uses White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter from Peanut Butter & Co. (but can totally be replaced with regular creamy PB if you want), a bit of brown sugar, and other cookie stuff. One pretzel is placed on top of the cookie prior to baking, and when their cool, they get a yummy coat of white chocolate on the bottom. These cookies are simply to die for!  Read more >

About Me: 

Hey guys! My name is Rachel Conners and I’m an 18 year old girl living in Tacoma, Washington. I’m a sophomore in college at the University of Puget Sound! I plan on studying business with the hopes of opening my own bakery some day.

I’ve always enjoyed baking, but during a hard time right after my 16th birthday I used it as my escape – and completely fell in love with the process of sifting flour, creaming together butter and sugar, and rolling out the perfect pie crust. These day, I bake just about every day. Everyone around me, from friends, family, colleagues, parent’s colleagues, teachers, random passerby’s, ect. have tried my baked goods. For me, nothing compares to the joy of seeing someone’s face light up as they bite into one of my creations. Baking is my passion, and I’m so glad to be able to share on here with all of you!
