Barbara Bennett

I was diagnosed with an incurable bladder disease called Interstitial Cystitis (IC) or Painful Bladder Syndrom in March of 2012. When I was first diagnosed I had frequency, urgency, nausea and unbearable back pain. I have most of my symptoms under control now, but I continue to struggle with  chronic bladder, pelvic and back pain. I see my diagnosis as the start of my new life.  Through my pain and suffering I hope to encourage others who live with this disease, chronic pain or any of the daily struggles that we all face.
