...desperately seeking solutions...

Container gardener.  Apartment dweller.  Veteran composter currently without space for a closed bin or sufficient matter for a proper hot pile.  And possums.  (I hate possums.)  Bokashi seems like a great idea--they call it indoor composting--but it doesn't actually result in compost; the instructions say you need an outdoor compost pile for that.

I think those instructions may be incomplete, so I'm trying a few things.  And posting as I go.
