Although my Dad is a pretty good cook, Mom is the reigning chef of the household. She's pretty much an unpaid professional! But there are definately a few staple foods that my Dad could eat everyday for the rest of his life like spaghetti, fish and salsa.  Read more >

So my weight has pretty much been the same my whole life (yes i know im still very young), and although im very active and athletic i eat what i want when ever i want how ever much i want! Well the other day my mom and i were hanging out and when i walk past her she said "your butt looks bigger." Not possible! I look in the mirror and thought, she's dilousional, its the same shape its always been. Cut to monday morning, me pickout my cute gray/blue striped summer business capris to wear to work and low and behold i could not fit them over my fat butt! what on earth!  Read more >
