Vicki Boatright, AKA BZTAT, is an artist who owns an art studio/gallery named BZTAT Studios, located in the trendy Canton, OH Arts District. She is also the author of two blogs: "BZTAT Studios" and "It's a dialog, not a shouting match.";

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and a Master of Arts Degree in the visual arts from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She holds a Masters Degree in counseling from Marshall University, as well. She is an accomplished artist as well as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has worked as a child and family therapist for 17 years. Vicki also is the Exhibit Curator for the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild, a statewide organization representing numerous artists and crafts persons.

Vicki's has completed a number of public and private art commissions in addition to a large body of work that follows her own vision. Her work encompasses a variety of styles and media, however, clear themes are evident throughout her work. She is known for her vivid colorations, utilizing painting, drawing, assemblage/collage, and digital media to create interesting works of art. She is well-known for her unique colorful pet portraits which she creates by commission for patrons around the world.

Vicki has been involved in numerous community arts and social service projects in the Stark County, Ohio, area, and has created a number of "Dialogues" murals as public arts projects, incorporating the creative inspiration of others into her own artwork at community events.

Her artwork is currently on display at Second April Galerie, the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild, and her own studio, BZTAT Studios, in Canton, OH.

BZTAT Studios is a regular participant in the First Fridays monthly arts festival in the Canton Arts District, and BZTAT is an active advocate for the development of the Canton Special Improvement District. Art Adventures Studios also works closely with ArtsinStark and other community organizations to develop downtown Canton, OH through the arts.

Vicki signs her artwork "BZTAT" (pronounced ‘bee-zee-tat") in homage to a feline friend of that name who was a faithful companion and artistic inspiration to her for 19 years.
