Pecan Pie

Pecan pie is my favorite part of Thanksgiving. Without pecan pie, it’s not Thanksgiving. About Me: 

Hi, I'm Carrie.

In December 2009 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I finished my treatment in July 2010. In my eight months of disability leave I found myself completely immersed in blogging and social media. My ultra low white blood cell count prohibited me from socializing in person because I basically had no immune system but Twitter (I'm @carrieactually) saved my sanity.

I blog at CarrieActually.com about all things geeky including being a bookworm, scifi and fantasy lover, video gamer, and gigantic Apple fan girl.
