We all do it, look at magazines that tout the secret of losing baby weight in weeks and how Heidi Klum will do it after her fourth child. And we say to ourselves that if all we had to do was have someone cook for us and work out with a personal trainer, we would look great, too. Then we read about Oprah Winfrey, one of the most successful women on earth and her struggle to keep the weight she loses off permanently. She has a personal cook. She has a personal trainer. She works out and has even run a marathon. If she can't do it, how can we?  Read more >

One thing I try to make clear to men I meet online is that when we meet face to face I am under no obligation to do anything more. This is a public meet and greet and even if we have contacted each other through a sex/swingers site, no promise of sex is given or even implied. Whether we play has to do with several factors such as attraction, manners, level of flirt, and if I want to make this person an ongoing friend. My rules, my choice. What a funny weekend I have had. After a rather strange week where I had planned on giving up playing in the lifestyle, I wound up with three men. And I learned two really important lessons. I am a woman in her late 50's who finds herself where she never thought she would be. No job, no husband, no place of her own.
