After working in a healthcare facility as a bookkeeper for five years, some changes had to be made.  I wanted to enjoy more my true passions — cooking/baking, singing/stage performing, food blogging and culinary teaching.   And so I did...don my kitchen apron and work with spatulas, measuring spoons and cups, pastry bags, etc.  And I love every second of making cakes, breads, pies, and all things baking.  

Sarah Lee is a food enthusiast and a professional baker/caterer and teaches week-end baking and cake decorating classes.
