I am the face on Rogue Ales' Chocolate Stout.  This beer was launched in the US in late 2000 on the eve of my 10th Anniversary working in the craft beer industry with one of Oregon's pioneering craft breweries. Rogue also distills, and runs a handful or restaurants in the Pacific NW.  I have spent the 21st century networking and promoting craft beer with food, attending and speaking at American Cheese Society, Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Assoc and the Brewers Association conferences.
