Hi, my name is Debra. I'm a wife, mom to a seven-year old girl, and stepmom to a boy and a girl that are no longer kids, since they are both in their 20s. I've spent the last 20+ years working in the communications/pr/public affairs field. 

As a kid I thought people my age were so wise. Now I understand we just gain an ability to talk, regardless of what we really know. I figured that since I've spent my career writing and telling stories in various ways, I would try blogging for the sheer fun of it.  I think life, regardless of what you do, is full of incredibly rich stories.  So, I write a little about everything and probably a lot about nothing.
