In Australia we have a biscuit (cookie) called Mint Slice which is absolutely delicious. It's a chocolate cookie topped with a mint cream and coated in dark chocolate. From what I've been told it's similar to the Thin Mint Cookies that the US Girl Scouts sell....more

It was the episode where the chefs cook a special meal for returned military personnel and the partners of those personnel tell the chefs what their partners favourite foods are. What do you do with an abundance of carrots? That was the question I asked myself recently. Thanks to our farm box deliveries we’ve been inundated with carrots.
