About Me:
I am a psychotherapist social worker currently working with trauma survivors in New Jersey and soon to be relocating to South Florida to do the same. I am passionate about my work and exploring the frontiers of treatment and healing for my clients. I am passionate about holistic healing methods and I have two upcoming trainings I am giving on trauma, trauma's origins in the body and mind, and complimetary therapies for healing (info on my website). I am currently working on my E-Book Beyond Talk: A Guidebook to Complimentary Therapies for Emotional Trauma which will be available on my website in the upcoming months. I love writing whenever possible, reading all that I can, meditating, practicing yoga, being with my dogs and spending movie nights home with my husband.
