I created epíNosh for people who are looking for interesting places to a good meal. Essentially, I find it useful for those in foreign lands who hunt down food as part of their holiday itinerary.
 
It is important to note that epíNosh exist to give opinions and share my dining experience. Though I am not culinary trained, I am so passionate about food. I aim to include food history or minimal details about the restaurants in every write-up for readers to go beyond just eating. I aim to write articles on fresh produces and its nutritous values to benefit the community at large.
 
Everything boils down to a simple objective: "It is not the dinner plate that is valued most but the sensation & memories associated with it that heighten the pleasure of eating."
