My name is Crystal and I’m mama to a buoyant kid named Jack who was born in July 2006. We live in San Francisco with my amazing fiance David. I work at a software company (surprise!) and Jack attends the best daycare EVER when he is not spending time with me or at his second home with his dad.

I mostly blog about my parenting adventures. I try to post useful information for the less seasoned parents out there, but mostly I offer a place to share the triumphs and tribulations in this zany life path. I write as a means to adapt to and explore the whole parenting gig and welcome dialogue as part of the process.
