If you're here to read about what it's like to be a 30 year old stay at home mommy that is a bit of a fitness freak you're in the right place!  For me personally, I promote "Clean Eating", but for you, I just recommend making the best choices in life.  Not everyone can live a fully "clean" life, it definitely takes a level of dedication and well, Insanity in general to live it day to day.  

I hope to share with you my journey so far and how I've worked to lose 85 pounds, recipes, tips and tricks and just help to keep you motivated in life.  I'm all about positivity and optimism (even though I do have days that are the complete opposite), and finding a way to laugh at the unexpected.  You only get to live one life, so you should be living the most fulfilling one that you possibly can!

The DST Plan: Leaving The Comfort Zone

Thanks to Daylight Saving Time, I woke up at what I thought was a 'normal' time this morning. My girls and I were up at around 7:45-8ish and I thought, 'Yeah!
