I am, surprisingly at times, pretty resilient. I tend to hold on hope and bounce back from adversity. Often I am barely hanging on by my nails, but I am hanging on. I  have not felt this 'out of body' depression since I was 15. I am standing outside myself watching it all go to hell and finding myself caring less and less about the outcome. I still 'play along' smile when appropriate, but I am not feeling it anymore. Frankly I am a bit frightened that i am not going to snap out of it before it is too late.  Read more >

Gosh time flies. Even when no fun is involved :) Kidlet came home for a day and a half- long enough to do some laundry a few chores make a lot of mess and eat *5* ice cream cookie bars!  Read more >
