Hi, I'm a jewelry designer in California. My husband is a luthier (guitar maker) and furniture builder by night. He builds and designs schools by day and sleeps in his off-time. We have two Siamese kittens, sometimes known as "Search" and "Destroy" who are attention-seeking devices.

 I am a very new blogger writing about my journey as a jewelry designer, a newly self-employed person and a disabled woman. I'm trying to create jewelry that incorporates themes from my life and the lives of other women and is easier for women to wear and get on and off, so I'll be asking women for their opinions.There is a lot involved in all of these ventures and I want to have as full a life in the process and approach it with as much beauty, grace, humor and side stories about cats as possible.
