Today was my weighing-in day and I am proud to announce that I lost 3 lbs. in the last week, even though I ate two days the old way and only then started to stick to WW. And I wasn't even hungry most of the time, only the second day! I read that a weight-loss over 1-2 lbs. could happen at the beginning, and that it later normalizes, but it never happened to me before! And I am no stranger to diets! Read more >
