Had a craving for Austrian spinach dumplings last night, a dish that quickly made it on my list of favorites after an austrian friend made them for me. But delicious as they are, you need time and patience to make them, as they require lots of soaking and waiting! I did make them the authentic way once, but last night i wanted to do something that wouldn't take as long. About Me:
Hi. I'm Apeksha. I grew up in India, now a temporary resident of Paris
as Rishab, my husband, is finishing his MBA at ESSEC. Currently trying
to figure out a few things in life, while waiting to see where we move
to after a few months! Love languages, was teaching French in India for
a bit before we moved here. Traveling is another big passion! Always
enjoyed cooking, having started pretty early in life......i can safely
say that it comes naturally to me! But of course, I'm always learning
and have a long way to go! And that's what i hope to do by starting my blog, my first professional step into the culinary world. The
inspiration and motivation came from Rishab, my biggest fan and critic
:) He's the one who made me realize that i could put my talent to
better use! We do make a pretty good team, with him being a big foodie
