This has been one crazy year thus far. I started 2009 unhappy with myself for being lazy, unhealthy, and a whopping 243 pounds. I started taking kickboxing classes and fell in love with the sport. Now I'm 70 pounds lighter, teaching kickboxing, and very soon will be a ACE certified Personal Trainer.
