I am a full-time nursing student working towards becoming a registered nurse and earning a degree in nursing. Becoming a nurse has been a long-time dream of mine. As my class schedule allows me to, I work at a local hospital on the telemetry unit. I love the nursing field and that includes the good, the bad, and the ugly (and it can get ugly!). When I am not sitting in class or studying, I volunteer and serve as president of our school's nursing association.

My husband serves as a volunteer for a local Fire Department. He is also on the Fire Department advisory board and teaches CPR part-time. He does all of this in addition to holding down his regular, full-time job as an electrician. 

We are a busy and active couple, but it keeps us out of trouble!
