Let me preface this post by saying that I love email. I really do. I love having the freedom to compose my words carefully and strategically. I like having a paper trail that I can reference when needed. Plus, I hate getting caught off guard and stuttering a lame comeback instead of presenting a polished, intelligent response. Dear 2012 Self,  Hey. It's me. Well, you. Your 2011 self. I know, I know. You'd like to forget me and most of this year. But I'm not going to let you. I'm not going to sit by and watch you once again sideline your goals and dreams with excuses of stress, time and obligations. We've been there. Done that. Now I know that you hate resolutions. But I also know that you love lists. So I put this list together with some input from your other past selves. No offense. We love you, kid. But we don't want to see you at next year's pity party.
