Jen Price

Knitting, photography, sewing, anything crafty, and all things handmade are at the top of my hobby list. I have 2 beautiful children and one wonderful, smoking hot husband. We founded Ten Thousand Homes, whose goal is to provide HOPE and HOME for Africa's orphans, in 2006. I now work as Communications Director for TTH, telling the stories and creating awareness of the millions of children without parents.

coming home

My kids have learned over the years that home is simply where you lay your head. When you travel for a couple of months at a time, it just makes it easier. Still, there is something so refreshing about returning to the place where your bed belongs to none other than you.We returned home last Wednesday, but we didn’t just return to our own beds ....more

Capturing Fireworks: Long-Exposure Photography

sleep sweet, my little one {giveaway}

I think parents could all agree that sleep can be one of the most challenging aspects of parenthood in the beginning. From crying newborns to toddlers who would rather sleep with Mom and Dad, not only are parents exhausted, but children are not so sure that sleeping by themselves is such a good idea. Any and all resources are usually very welcomed ....more
