Breastfeeding Exclusively for Six Months

I read this article about the recommendation for women to feed only breastmilk to their infants for the fist six months of life with interest and a little guilt.  I am definitely a proponent of breast feeding and always prided myself on lasting over a year with my two oldest girls, but it turns out, maybe I didn't do enough.   Read more >

HiI was wondering if I need to put something on my blog about the content being copyrighted?  I have seen some blogs with a copyright notice on it.  If so, how do I go about copyrighting it, or are things just assumed to be copyrighted? Also, I was wondering if anyone has ever used part of or exact copies of their own blog posts as freelance type magazine work.  In other words, publishing their blog work in a more conventional way?  Is that kosher?  Could it be done as long as you told the publisher the work is already part of a blog?  Read more >
