I'm an elementary school librarian with a background in art and literature (BA from UGA), and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute in NYC. I live at the Jersey Shore with my husband, who is incedibly understanding about my habit of starting new hobbies and buying SUPPLIES. I read like crazy, but mostly children and teen lit. I love to cook, and I also sew and knit. I'll try anything crafty at least once, and we throw a lot of parties at our house so I can try my experiments out on my friends. My blog is about the creative things I do for a living and my attempts to just live creatively.
